Tranche 2 Commitment Increase. For purposes of consummating the increase in the Tranche 2 Commitments contemplated to occur on the Restatement Effective Date immediately after the effectiveness of this Restated Agreement, the Lenders hereby waive the notice and delivery requirements set forth in Section 2.13 of the Restated Credit agreement.
