Tranche B Term Commitments. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, each Tranche B Term Lender with a Tranche B Term Commitment severally agrees to make an Initial Tranche B Term Loan to the Borrower on the Closing Date in a principal amount equal to its Tranche B Term Commitment.
