Tranche B Term Facility. The Tranche B Term Facility shall be for a term (the “Tranche B Term Facility Term”) commencing on the date hereof and ending on February 11, 2021 (the “Tranche B Term Facility Maturity Date”) or such earlier date as the Tranche B Term Facility is accelerated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement upon an Event of Default.
