Common use of Transaction Approval Clause in Contracts

Transaction Approval. Buyer shall have (A) determined, in its sole discretion, that the each related proposed Purchased Asset is an Eligible Asset and (B) received internal credit approval with respect to the proposed Transaction, each of the foregoing, as evidenced by Buyer’s execution and delivery of a Confirmation with respect thereto.

Transaction Approval. Buyer shall have (A) determineddetermined on the related Purchase Date, in its sole discretion, that the each related proposed Purchased Asset is an Eligible Asset and (B) received internal credit approval with respect to the proposed Transaction, each of the foregoing, as evidenced by BuyerXxxxx’s execution and delivery of a Confirmation with respect thereto.
