Common use of Transaction-Broker Clause in Contracts

Transaction-Broker. If the Transaction-Brokerage box at the top of page 1 is checked, or in the event neither 78 box is checked, Broker must work with Tenant as a Transaction-Broker. A Transaction-Xxxxxx must perform the duties described 79 in § 5 and facilitate lease transactions without being an advocate or agent for either party. If the landlord and Tenant are working 80 with the same broker, Xxxxxx must continue to function as a Transaction-Broker.
