TRANSACTION CONTROLS. 3.1 The Cardmember may from time to time nominate to DBS in writing a Credit Limit, a Transaction Limit and a Transaction Count Limit in respect of the Card Account. The Transaction Limit shall be regarded as a part of the Credit Limit and shall not be additional to the Credit Limit.
