Transaction Counterparties. Notices to the Issuer and each Transaction Counterparty shall be in writing and mailed to the specified office of the relevant party or to such other address as may, from time to time, be notified to the holders of Notes. Any such Notice shall be effective when the actual Notice is delivered. For the purpose of determining when a Notice to the Issuer or a Transaction Counterparty shall be effective, the delivery of any copies of such Notice to other persons shall not be relevant.
