Common use of Transaction Documents in Full Force and Effect as Amended Clause in Contracts

Transaction Documents in Full Force and Effect as Amended. Except as specifically amended hereby, the Transaction Documents shall remain in full force and effect and hereby are ratified and confirmed as so amended. This Amendment shall not constitute a novation, satisfaction and accord, cure, release and/or satisfaction of the Transaction Documents, but shall constitute an amendment thereof.
