Transaction Documents; Pool Supplement. The Transferor’s right, title and interest in the Receivables and related Purchased Property purchased, from time to time, by the Trust pursuant to Section 3.1 shall be transferred and assigned by the execution and delivery of a Pool Supplement, in form and content substantially similar to Exhibit A attached hereto, and the satisfaction of the terms and conditions and the performance of the transactions contained in this Agreement and such Pool Supplement, as applicable. The Transferor shall deliver the Pool Supplement to the Trust for any Receivables Pool on the applicable Closing Date.
