Common use of Transaction Expense Amount Clause in Contracts

Transaction Expense Amount. Upon Closing, the Company shall pay Buyer’s legal counsel the Buyer’s legal fees incurred in connection herewith (the “Transaction Expense Amount”) pursuant to Section 4(e). The Transaction Expense Amount shall be offset against the proceeds of the Note and shall be paid to Buyer upon the execution hereof.
