Assistance is also available with the Transaction Fee Reporting System from the MyFloridaMarketPlace Customer Service Desk at xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or 866-FLA-EPRO (866-352-3776) between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time. Failure to provide required reports, including no sales, within the specified timeframes may result in the Contractor being considered in default and may constitute termination of the Contract by the Department.
