Transaction Forms Delivered. Seller shall have delivered to the Agent and the Custodian (a) a Transaction Request, (b) a Purchased Assets Schedule and (c) a Purchased Assets Report not later than (i) 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the proposed Purchase Date in the case of ABR Transactions or LIBOR Transactions, (ii) 4:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the proposed Purchase Date in the case of each Swingline Transaction, and (iii) 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) three Business Days prior to the proposed Purchase Date in the case of each Eurodollar Transaction. (During any period that the Custodian is BNY Mellon or an Affiliate of BNY Mellon, the delivery of the foregoing Transaction forms to the Custodian as required by this Repurchase Agreement shall be deemed delivery to the Agent as well.)
