Common use of Transaction Implementation Committee Clause in Contracts

Transaction Implementation Committee. The parties must establish a Transaction Implementation Committee as soon as reasonably practicable after the date of this agreement and work together in good faith, consult with each other and plan to: implement the Transaction in accordance with this agreement; and ensure the smooth transition of the management of the business and the affairs of the Target Group to Bidder following the implementation of the Scheme, including to oversee and coordinate the matters set out in this clause 6.

Transaction Implementation Committee.
