Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement by CANADA nor its performance will violate, conflict with, or result in a breach of any provision of any Law, rule, regulation, order, permit, judgment, injunction, decree or other decision of any court or other tribunal or any Governmental Authority binding on CANADA or conflict with or result in the breach of any of the terms, conditions or provisions· of any contract, agreement, mortgage or other instrument or obligation of any nature to which CANADA is a party or by which CANADA is bound.
