Transaction Payment Letters. The Company shall have provided to the Buyer copies, in a form reasonably acceptable to the Buyer, of executed letters with each individual listed on Schedule 7.1(y) confirming that such individual will receive a cash payment in lieu of the promised options listed next to such person’s name.
