Transaction Related. Any Obligation that was or is incurred by Seller in connection with the negotiation, execution or performance of this Agreement and any other Contracts entered into between Buyer and Seller, or among Seller, Buyer and other parties, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Transaction Related. Any Obligation that was or is incurred in connection with the negotiation, execution or performance of this Agreement and any other Contracts entered into between or among Buyer, NCOP Lakes or any of their respective affiliates, on the one hand, and Seller, GE Capital, FGIC or any of their respective affiliates, on the other hand, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Transaction Related. Borrower shall pay all taxes (other than taxes based upon or measured by the Noteholders' income or revenues), if any, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the recording of any financing statements or other document to be executed in connection therewith. The Obligations of Borrower under this sub-Section 6.10.1 shall survive the payment of its Obligations under this Agreement and the termination of this Agreement.
Transaction Related. Except as otherwise contemplated by this Agreement, any Obligation that was or is incurred by Vuance and/or Parent in connection with the negotiation, execution or performance of this Agreement.

Any Obligation that was or is incurred in connection with the negotiation, execution or performance of this Agreement and any other Contracts entered into between Buyer and Seller and/or EuroGen, or among Seller, EuroGen, Buyer and other parties, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Transaction Related. Except as otherwise contemplated by this Agreement, any Obligation that was or is incurred by Protexx and/or the Protexx Management Shareholders in connection with the negotiation, execution or performance of this Agreement.
