Common use of Transaction Structuring Fee Clause in Contracts

Transaction Structuring Fee. The Company shall have paid to each Noteholder a non-refundable transaction restructuring fee equal to five hundredths of one percent (0.05%) of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes held by such Noteholder on the Second Restatement Date.
