Common use of Transaction Clause in Contracts

Transaction. During the Delivery Term, Seller shall sell and deliver, or cause to be delivered, and Buyer shall purchase, the Product from the Facility at the Delivery Point, pursuant to Seller’s election in the Cover Sheet of a Full Buy/Sell or Excess Sale arrangement as described in paragraphs 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 below.:
