Common use of Transactional Agreements Clause in Contracts

Transactional Agreements. Transactional Agreements" shall mean the Agreement, the Rights Agreement, the Employment and Non-Competition Agreement, the Escrow Agreement, the Selling Shareholders and Company Closing Certificates, the Purchaser Closing Certificate, and all other agreements, certificates and instruments executed or contemplated to be executed by any of the parties hereto in connection with the Transactions.

Transactional Agreements" shall mean the Agreement, the Rights Agreement, the Investment Agreement, the Employment and Non-Competition Agreement, the Escrow Agreement, the Selling Shareholders Voting Agreement, the Principal Stockholders Closing Certificate and Company Closing CertificatesCertificate, the Purchaser Closing Certificate, and all other agreements, certificates and instruments executed or contemplated to be executed by any of the parties hereto in connection with the Transactions.
