Common use of Transactional Agreements Clause in Contracts

Transactional Agreements. “Transactional Agreements” shall mean: (a) this Agreement; (b) the Xxxx of Sale and Assumption Agreement referred to in Section 1.5(b); (c) the Manufacturing Services Agreement referred to in Section 6.6 of the Agreement; (d) the Transition Services Agreement referred to in Section 6.5 of the Agreement; and (e) the Sublease Agreement referred into in Section 6.7 of the Agreement.

Transactional Agreements. “Transactional Agreements” shall mean: (a) this Agreement; (b) the Xxxx of Sale and Assumption Agreement referred to in Section 1.5(b)Transition Services Agreement; (c) the Manufacturing Services Agreement referred to in Section 6.6 of the AgreementSublease; (d) the Transition Services Agreement referred to in Section 6.5 of the Assumption Agreement; and , (e) the Sublease Outsourcing Agreements, (f) the Company Transition Services Agreement, (g) the Software License Agreement, (h) the Statement Processing Services Agreement referred into in and (i) the transfer documents contemplated by Section 6.7 of the Agreement1.4(b)(i).

Transactional Agreements. “Transactional Agreements” shall mean: (a) this Agreementthe Agreement and all exhibits and schedules thereto; (b) the Xxxx of Sale and Assumption Agreement referred to in Section 1.5(b); Warrant, (c) the Manufacturing Services Agreement referred to in Section 6.6 of the Agreement; Employment Agreements, and (d) the Transition Services Agreement referred to Assignments from the Selling Unit Holders provided for in Section 6.5 of the Agreement; and (e) the Sublease Agreement referred into in Section 6.7 of the Agreement7.5(d).
