Merchant authorizes all of its banks, brokers and processor to provide FUNDER with Merchant’s banking, brokerage and/or processing history to determine qualification or continuation in this program and for collections purposes. Merchant shall provide FUNDER with copies of any documents related to Merchant’s card processing activity or financial and banking affairs within five days after a request from FUNDER.
