Transactions Between a Member or Manager and the Company. Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, any Member or Manager may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into the transactions described in Sections 1.9(c) and 1.9(d) and transact other business with the Company and has the same rights and obligations when transacting such business with the Company as a Person or entity who is not a Member. A Member, any Affiliate thereof or an employee, stockholder, agent, director, or officer of a Member or any Affiliate thereof, may also be an employee or be retained as an agent of the Company.
