Transactions in Foreign Currencies and Transactions Processed Outside Singapore. a) Foreign currency transactions (i) Card transactions (including online and overseas transactions) effected in US dollars will be converted into Singapore dollars. Card transactions effected in foreign currencies other than US dollars will be converted to US dollars before being converted into Singapore dollars, except for Australian dollars on Visa cards which will be converted into Singapore dollars directly. The conversion will take place on the date on which the transaction is received and recorded by us (“posting date”). (ii) In addition, the card transaction will be subject to the following administrative fees on the converted Singapore dollar amount: an administrative fee of up to 3.25% if processed by VISA or Mastercard International or such other rates(s) as determined by us and notified by you. b) Dynamic Currency Conversion (i) If your card transaction (including online and overseas transactions) is converted into Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion (a service offered at certain ATMs and merchants which allows a cardmember to convert a transaction denominated in a foreign currency to Singapore Dollars at the point of withdrawal/sale), you acknowledge that the process of conversion and the exchange rates applied will be determined by the relevant ATM operator, merchant or dynamic currency conversion service provider, as the case may be. You acknowledge that we do not determine whether a card transaction will be converted into Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion and, where your card transaction is for a retail purchase, you may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such conversion was done. (ii) In addition, the card transaction will be subject to an administrative fee of 1% levied by VISA or Mastercard International on the converted Singapore dollar amount if it is a VISA or Mastercard International transaction. c) Singapore Dollars transactions processed outside Singapore If the Singapore Dollars card transaction (including online transactions) is effected: (i) with a local merchant whose payments are processed through an overseas intermediary; or (ii) with a merchant who is registered as an overseas merchant regardless of its actual location, such card transaction will be subject to administrative fee of 1% on the transaction amount if the card transaction is processed by VISA or Mastercard International. (ii) In addition, the card transaction will be subject to the following administrative fees on the converted Singapore dollar amount: an administrative fee of up to 3.25% on the converted Singapore dollar amount if processed by VISA Visa or Mastercard International or such other rates(srate(s) as determined by us and notified by to you. b) b. Dynamic Currency Conversion (i) If your card transaction (including online and overseas transactions) is converted into Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion (a service offered at certain ATMs and merchants which allows a cardmember to convert a transaction denominated in a foreign currency to Singapore Dollars at the point of withdrawal/sale), you acknowledge that the process of conversion and the exchange rates applied will be determined by the relevant ATM operator, merchant or dynamic currency conversion service provider, as the case may be. You acknowledge that we do not determine whether a card transaction will be converted into Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion and, where your card transaction is for a retail purchase, you may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such conversion was done. You acknowledge that we do not determine whether a card transaction will be converted into Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion and, where your card transaction is for a retail purchase, you may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such conversion was done. (iic) In addition, the All Visa card transaction transactions which are converted pursuant to clause (a) will be subject to an administrative fee of 1up to 2.5% levied by VISA or Mastercard International on the converted Singapore dollar amount if it is a VISA amount, or Mastercard International transaction. c) such other rate as determined by us and notified to you. These charges will be charged on card transactions including but not limited to any VISA or Mastercard Visa retail card transaction presented in foreign currency that you choose to pay in Singapore Dollars at point-of- of-sale via dynamic currency conversion or any online VISA or Mastercard Visa retail card transaction on overseas websites in Singapore Dollars which was processed outside SingaporeDollars. You may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such transaction was processed outside Singapore. (d) All card transactions which are converted pursuant to clause (a) and (b) and which are processed by MasterCard International will be subject to: (i) the following charges which will be levied by MasterCard International on the converted Singapore dollar amount: (1) 1% for card transactions in currencies other than Singapore dollars incurred outside of Singapore; (2) 0.2% for card transactions in currencies other than Singapore dollars incurred in Singapore; and (3) 0.8% for card transactions in Singapore Dollars incurred outside of Singapore (ii) an administrative fee of up to 1.5% on the converted Singapore dollar amount, or such other rate as determined by us and notified to you.

(iic) In addition, the All Visa card transaction transactions which are converted pursuant to clause (a) will be subject to an administrative fee of 1up to 2.5% levied by VISA or Mastercard International on the converted Singapore dollar amount if it is a VISA amount, or Mastercard International transaction. c) such other rate as determined by us and notified to you. You acknowledge that we do not determine whether a card transaction will be converted into Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion and, where your card transaction is for a retail purchase, you may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such conversion was done. (ii) In addition, the card transaction will be subject to an administrative fee of 1% levied by VISA or Mastercard International on the converted Singapore dollar amount if it is a VISA or Mastercard International transaction. c) c. The prevailing administrative fee is 2.25% of the foreign currency transaction amount for transactions involving VISA International and MasterCard International and 2% of the foreign currency transaction amount for transactions involving American Express International, Inc. Transactions in Foreign Currencies and Transactions Processed Outside Singapore. a) a. Foreign currency transactions (i) Card transactions (including online and overseas transactions) effected in US dollars will be converted into Singapore dollars. Dynamic Currency Conversion (i) If your card transaction (including online and overseas transactions) is converted into Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion (a service offered at certain ATMs and merchants which allows a cardmember to convert a transaction denominated in a foreign currency to Singapore Dollars at the point of withdrawal/sale), you acknowledge that the process of conversion and the exchange rates applied will be determined by the relevant ATM operator, merchant or dynamic currency conversion service provider, as the case may be. You acknowledge that we do not determine whether a card transaction will be converted into Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion and, where your card transaction is for a retail purchase, you may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such conversion was done. (ii) In addition, the card transaction will be subject to an administrative fee of 1% levied by VISA or VISA/Mastercard International on the converted Singapore dollar amount if it is a VISA or VISA/Mastercard International transaction. c) Singapore Dollars transactions processed outside Singapore If the Singapore Dollars card transaction (including online transactions) is effected: (i) with a local merchant whose payments are processed through an overseas intermediary; or (ii) with a merchant who is registered as an overseas merchant regardless of its actual location, such card transaction will be subject to administrative fee of 1% on the transaction amount if the card transaction is processed by VISA or Mastercard International. You acknowledge that we do not determine whether a card transaction will be converted into Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion and, where your card transaction is for a retail purchase, you may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such conversion was done. (ii) In addition, the card transaction will be subject to an administrative fee of 1% levied by VISA or Mastercard International the following charges on the converted Singapore dollar amount amount: (A) an administrative fee of 0.8% levied by VISA if it is a VISA or Mastercard International card transaction.; c) c. Singapore Dollars transactions processed outside Singapore If the Singapore Dollars card transaction (including online transactions) is effected: (i) with a local merchant whose payments are processed through an overseas intermediary; or (ii) with a merchant who is registered as an overseas merchant regardless of its actual location, such card transaction will be subject to administrative fee of 1% the following charges on the transaction amount processed: (A) 0.8% if the card transaction is processed by VISA or Mastercard International. You acknowledge that we do not determine whether a card transaction will be converted into Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion and, where your card transaction is for a retail purchase, you may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such conversion was done. (iic) In addition, the All Visa card transaction transactions which are converted pursuant to clause (a) will be subject to an administrative fee of 1up to 2.5% levied by VISA or Mastercard International on the converted Singapore dollar amount if it is a VISA amount, or Mastercard International transaction. c) such other rate as determined by us and notified to you. All Visa card transactions effected in Singapore Dollars transactions dollars and processed outside Singapore If the Singapore Dollars card transaction (including online transactions) is effected: (i) with a local merchant whose payments are processed through an overseas intermediary; or (ii) with a merchant who is registered as an overseas merchant regardless of its actual location, such card transaction will be subject to administrative an administration fee of 10.8% on the transaction amount if the card transaction amount, or such other rate as determined by us and notified to you. This includes but is processed by VISA or Mastercard International. These charges will be charged on card transactions including but not limited to any VISA or Mastercard Visa retail card transaction presented in foreign currency that you choose to pay in Singapore Dollars at point-of- sale via dynamic currency conversion or any online VISA or Mastercard Visa retail card transaction on overseas websites in Singapore Dollars which was processed outside SingaporeDollars. You may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such transaction was processed outside Singapore. (d) All card transactions which are converted pursuant to clause (a) and (b) and which are processed by MasterCard International will be subject to: (i) the following charges which will be levied by MasterCard International on the converted Singapore dollar amount: (1) 1% for card transactions in currencies other than Singapore dollars incurred outside of Singapore; (2) 0.2% for card transactions in currencies other than Singapore dollars incurred in Singapore; and (3) 0.8% for card transactions in Singapore Dollars incurred outside of Singapore (ii) an administrative fee of up to 1.5% on the converted Singapore dollar amount, or such other rate as determined by us and notified to you.

Transactions in Foreign Currencies and Transactions Processed Outside Singapore. a(A) Foreign currency transactions (i) Card retail transactions (including online and overseas transactions) effected Transactions in US dollars shall be converted to Singapore dollars on the date of conversion. Transactions in foreign currency other than US Dollars will be converted into Singapore dollars. Card transactions effected in foreign currencies other than US dollars will be converted to US dollars before being converted into Singapore dollars. All conversions shall be based on the prevailing wholesale interbank rates or the government-mandated rate, except as shall be determined by the respective card associations, namely VISA International, MasterCard International & American Express International, Inc. The rate used for Australian dollars on Visa cards which will the conversion may be converted into Singapore dollars directly. The conversion will take place different from the rate in effect on the date on which of the transaction is received and recorded due to market fluctuation. All transactions in foreign currency are subject to a charge imposed by the respective card associations, either as a reimbursement charge representing the charge imposed on us or as a direct charge to you. For foreign charges converted by American Express, American Express applies a conversion factor of 1% to the converted amount. An administrative fee for services provided or actions taken by us (“posting date”)in relation to such foreign currency transactions shall be payable by you and debited to your Card Account. The prevailing administrative fee is 1.8% of the foreign currency transaction amount for transactions involving VISA International and MasterCard International and 2% of the foreign currency transaction amount for transactions involving American Express International, Inc. (B) Dynamic currency conversion will be based on our prevailing foreign exchange rate or an exchange rate determined by VISA or Mastercard International depending on whether the conversion is done by us, VISA or Mastercard International. (ii) In addition, the card transaction will be subject to the following administrative fees on the converted Singapore dollar amount: an administrative fee of up to 3.25% if processed by VISA or Mastercard International or such other rates(s) as determined by us and notified by you. b) Dynamic Currency Conversion (i) If your card transaction (including online and overseas transactions) is converted into to Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion (a service offered at certain ATMs and selected merchants which allows a cardmember to convert a transaction denominated in a foreign currency to Singapore Dollars at the point of withdrawal/saleor websites), you acknowledge that the process of conversion and the exchange rates applied will be determined by the relevant ATM operator, merchant or dynamic currency conversion service provider, as the case may be. You acknowledge that we do not determine whether a All card transaction will be transactions which are converted into Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion and, where your card transaction is for a retail purchase, you may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such conversion was done. (ii) In addition, the card transaction will be subject to an administrative fee of 1% levied by VISA Visa or Mastercard International MasterCard on the converted Singapore dollar amount if it is a VISA amount, or Mastercard International transactionsuch other as determined by us and notified to you. c(C) Singapore Dollars dollar transactions processed outside All card transactions processed outside Singapore If the but charged in Singapore Dollars card transaction dollar (including online transactionsi.e. without any currency conversion) is effected: (i) with a local merchant whose payments are processed through an overseas intermediary; or (ii) with a merchant who is registered as an overseas merchant regardless of its actual location, such card transaction will be subject to an administrative fee of 1% on the transaction amount if the card transaction by Visa or MasterCard, which shall be payable by you and debited from your Card account. This includes but is processed by VISA or Mastercard International. These charges will be charged on card transactions including but not limited to any VISA or Mastercard retail card transaction presented in foreign currency that you choose to pay in Singapore Dollars at point-of- sale via dynamic currency conversion or any online VISA or Mastercard retail card transaction in Singapore Dollars which was processed outside Singapore. You may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such transaction was processed outside Singaporedollars on overseas-based websites and mobile applications.

(ii) In addition, the card transaction will be subject to the following administrative fees on the converted Singapore dollar amount: an administrative fee of up to 3.253.0% on the converted Singapore dollar amount if processed by VISA or Mastercard International or such other rates(srate(s) as determined by us and notified by to you. b) b. Dynamic Currency Conversion (i) If your card transaction (including online and overseas transactions) is converted into Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion (a service offered at certain ATMs and merchants which allows a cardmember to convert a transaction denominated in a foreign currency to Singapore Dollars at the point of withdrawal/sale), you acknowledge that the process of conversion and the exchange rates applied will be determined by the relevant ATM operator, merchant or dynamic currency conversion service provider, as the case may be. You acknowledge that we do not determine whether a card transaction will be converted into Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion and, where your card transaction is for a retail purchase, you may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such conversion was done. (ii) In addition, the card transaction will be subject to an administrative fee of 1% levied by VISA or Mastercard International on the converted Singapore dollar amount if it is a VISA or Mastercard International card transaction. c) c. Singapore Dollars transactions processed outside Singapore If the Singapore Dollars card transaction (including online transactions) is effected: (i) with a local merchant whose payments are processed through an overseas intermediary; or (ii) with a merchant who is registered as an overseas merchant regardless of its actual location, such card transaction will be subject to an administrative fee of 1% on the transaction amount if the card transaction is processed by VISA or Mastercard InternationalVISA. These This charges will be charged on card transactions including but not limited to any VISA or Mastercard retail card transaction presented in foreign currency that you choose to pay in Singapore Dollars at point-of- of-sale via dynamic currency conversion or any online VISA or Mastercard retail card transaction in Singapore Dollars which was processed outside Singapore. You may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such transaction was processed outside Singapore.

Transactions in Foreign Currencies and Transactions Processed Outside Singapore. (a) Foreign currency transactions (i) Card transactions (including online and overseas transactions) effected in US dollars will be converted into Singapore dollars. Card transactions effected in foreign currencies other than US dollars will be converted to US dollars before being converted into Singapore dollars, except for Australian dollars on Visa cards which will be converted into Singapore dollars directly. The conversion will take place on the date on which the transaction is received and recorded by us (“posting date”). The currency conversion will be based on our prevailing foreign exchange rate or an exchange rate determined by VISA or Mastercard International VISA, depending on whether the conversion is done by us, VISA us or Mastercard InternationalVISA. (ii) In addition, the card transaction will be subject to the following administrative fees on the converted Singapore dollar amount: an administrative fee of up to 3.25% if processed by VISA or Mastercard International or such other rates(s) as determined by us and notified by you. b) Dynamic Currency Conversion (i) If Notwithstanding clause 6.9(a), if your card transaction (including online and overseas transactionscard transaction) is converted into Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion (a service offered at certain ATMs and merchants which allows a cardmember to convert a transaction denominated in a foreign currency to Singapore Dollars at the point of withdrawal/sale), you acknowledge that the process of conversion and the exchange rates applied will be determined by the relevant ATM operator, merchant or dynamic currency conversion service provider, as the case may be. You acknowledge that we do not determine whether a card transaction will be converted into Singapore dollars via dynamic currency conversion and, where your card transaction is for a retail purchase, you may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such conversion was done. (iic) In addition, the All Visa card transaction transactions which are converted pursuant to clause (a) will be subject to an administrative fee of 1up to 2.5% levied by VISA or Mastercard International on the converted Singapore dollar amount if it is a VISA amount, or Mastercard International transaction. c) such other rate as determined by us and notified to you. These charges will be charged on card transactions including but not limited to any VISA or Mastercard Visa retail card transaction presented in foreign currency that you choose to pay in Singapore Dollars at point-of- sale via dynamic currency conversion or any online VISA or Mastercard Visa retail card transaction on overseas websites in Singapore Dollars which was processed outside SingaporeDollars. You may have to check with the relevant merchant whether such transaction was processed outside Singapore.

Transactions in Foreign Currencies and Transactions Processed Outside Singapore. a) a.
