TRANSACTIONS IN FOREIGN CURRENCIES. If you make a purchase using the Card in a currency other than in U.S. dollars, the amount deducted from the available funds in the Card Account will be converted by Visa into U.S. dollars. The applicable exchange rate will be selected by Visa from the range of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central processing date, which may vary from the rate Visa itself receives or the government-mandated rate. The exchange rate used on the central processing date may be different than the rate that was in effect on the date you performed the transaction. You may be charged a fee or exchange rate spread by Visa or third party that facilitates the exchange.
