Transactions Permitted With Members and Affiliates. The validity of any transaction, agreement, or payment involving the Company, any Member, or any Affiliate thereof otherwise permitted by the terms of this Agreement shall not be affected by reason of the relationship between any Member and such Affiliate or by reason of the approval of said transaction, agreement, or payment by any Member.
