Transactions Rule Compliance. If Business Associate electronically conducts in whole or part a transaction for which the Department of Health and Human Services has established a standard under 45 C.F.R. Part 162 for or on behalf of Covered Entity, Business Associate will comply, and will require any Subcontractor involved with the conduct of such Standard Transaction to comply, with each applicable requirement of 45 C.F.R. Part 162.
