TRANSACTIONS SIMILAR TO. SECURITY No Obligor will, and each Obligor will procure that no member of the Services Group will, save as permitted by a Waiver Letter purchase any asset on terms providing for a retention of title by the vendor or on conditional sale terms or on terms having a like substantive effect to any of the foregoing, except for assets purchased in the ordinary course of business as provided in Clause 21.3(a)(x) above and any assets in respect of which, if the same were the subject of any Encumbrance arising as a result of such transaction, such Encumbrance would not be prohibited by the terms of Clause 21.3(a).
