Transactions with Credit Parties. Enter into any transaction or series of related transactions with any Affiliate of any of the Credit Parties, other than in the ordinary course of business and on terms and conditions substantially as favorable to the Credit Party as would reasonably be obtained by the Credit Party at that time in a comparable arm’s-length transaction with a Person other than an Affiliate.
