Transactions with Lenders or Affiliates. Unless disclosed to Administrative Agent in the applicable Request for Borrowing and approved by Administrative Agent and any applicable Lender in their sole but reasonable discretion, Borrowers shall not cause or permit the funds received from any Lender hereunder to be used to acquire an asset from, or otherwise used for the benefit of, or transferred to, any Lender’s “affiliate” as such term is defined in Regulation W, 12 C.F.R. Part 223.
