TRANSACTIONS WITH OTHER INVESTMENT ADVISERS. The Advisor is not an affiliated person of any investment adviser responsible for providing advice with respect to any other series of the Trust, or of any promoter, underwriter, officer, director, member of an advisory board or employee of any other series of the Trust. The Advisor shall not consult with the investment adviser of any other series of the Trust concerning transactions for the Fund or any other series of the Trust.

TRANSACTIONS WITH OTHER INVESTMENT ADVISERS. The Advisor Adviser is not an affiliated person of any investment adviser responsible for providing advice with respect to any other series of the Trust, or of any promoter, underwriter, officer, director, member of an advisory board or employee of any other series of the Trust. The Advisor Adviser shall not consult with the investment adviser of any other series of the Trust concerning transactions for the Fund or any other series of the Trust.

The Advisor Adviser shall not consult with the investment adviser of any other series of the Trust concerning transactions for the Fund or any other series of the Trust.

The Advisor Adviser shall not consult with the investment adviser or sub-adviser of any other series of the Trust concerning transactions for the Fund or any other series of the Trust.

The Advisor Adviser represents that it is not an affiliated person of any investment adviser responsible for providing advice with respect to any other series of the Trust, or of any promoter, underwriter, officer, director, member of an advisory board or employee of any other series of the Trust. The Advisor Adviser shall not consult with the investment adviser of any other series of the Trust concerning transactions for the Fund Funds or any other series of the Trust.

The Advisor Adviser is not an affiliated person of any investment adviser responsible for providing advice with respect to any other series of the Trust, or of any promoter, underwriter, officer, director, member of an advisory board or employee of any other series of the Trust. The Advisor Adviser shall not consult with the investment adviser of any other series of the Trust concerning transactions for the Fund or any other series of the TrustTrust except to the extent that such investment adviser has been engaged as a Sub-Adviser pursuant to an agreement that has been approved by the Board of Trustees.

The Advisor Adviser is not an affiliated person of any investment adviser Adviser responsible for providing advice with respect to any other series of the Trust, or of any promoter, underwriter, officer, director, member of an advisory board or employee of any other series of the Trust. The Advisor Adviser shall not consult with the investment adviser Adviser of any other series of the Trust concerning transactions for the Fund or any other series of the Trust.

The Advisor Adviser shall not consult with the investment adviser of any other series of the Trust concerning transactions for the Fund Funds or any other series of the Trust.

The Advisor Adviser represents that it is not an affiliated person of any investment adviser responsible for providing advice with respect to any other series of the Trust, or of any promoter, underwriter, officer, director, member of an advisory board or employee of any other series of the Trust. The Advisor Adviser shall not consult with the investment adviser of any other series of the Trust concerning transactions for the Fund or any other series of the Trust. This provision does not apply to any investment sub-advisers that a Fund may utilize.

The Advisor Adviser shall not consult with the investment adviser or sub-adviser of any other series of the Trust concerning transactions for the Fund Funds or any other series of the Trust.

The Advisor Adviser shall not consult with the investment adviser of any other series of the Trust concerning transactions for the Fund or any other series of the Trust.

The Advisor shall not consult with the investment adviser of any other series of the Trust concerning transactions for the a Fund or any other series of the Trust.

TRANSACTIONS WITH OTHER INVESTMENT ADVISERS. The Advisor Adviser is not not, at the time of this agreement, an affiliated person of any investment adviser responsible for providing advice with respect to any other series of the TrustTrust other than in respect of each Fund, or or, to its knowledge, of any promoter, underwriter, officer, director, member of an advisory board or employee of any other series of the Trust. The Advisor Adviser shall not consult with the investment adviser of any other series of the Trust concerning transactions for the Fund Funds or any other series of the Trust.
