TRANSACTIONS WITH THE INSURER. 1. All transactions between the ADMINISTRATION and the INSURER shall be handled according to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract. 2. The INSURER shall appoint a person that shall be responsible for all transactions with the ADMINISTRATION. 3. All eligibility transactions shall be coordinated on a daily basis.
