Transfer Agency. A. Oversee and coordinate with the Trust’s transfer agent regarding the maintenance of shareholder records and receive and analyze reports, explanations and other information from the transfer agent regarding the maintenance of shareholder records. B. Oversee the processing of shareholder transactions, including the processing of purchase, redemption, exchange or transfer orders, and receive and analyze reports and other information from the transfer agent regarding the processing of shareholder transactions. Assist and coordinate with the transfer agent regarding the resolution of inquiries related to shareholder transaction processing. C. Oversee the provision of shareholder services, including monitoring the call center maintained by the transfer agent and coordinating with the transfer agent regarding responses to shareholder inquiries. Monitor and assess the quality of shareholder services provided and receive reports and other information from the transfer agent regarding shareholder services. D. Oversee the administration and implementation of the Trust’s Anti-Money Laundering Program and other relevant compliance and other procedures of the Trust by the transfer agent, including receiving reports and other information regarding anti-money laundering control procedures. The Trust’s Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer will coordinate with the transfer agent in preparing required certifications regarding the Trust’s Anti-Money Laundering Program. I. General Description A. Maintain the following books and records for the Trust’s assets in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles: (i) journals containing an itemized daily record of all purchases and sales of securities, all receipts and disbursements of cash and all other debits and credits; (ii) general and auxiliary ledgers reflecting all asset, liability, reserve, capital, income and expense accounts, including interest accrued and interest received; (iii) separate ledger accounts; and (iv) a monthly trial balance of all ledger accounts (except shareholder accounts). B. Reconcile, from time to time but no less frequently than quarterly, its records of securities positions and cash and/or currency balances of each Fund to the records of the custodian for that respective Fund, and perform similar reconciliations to the relevant source with respect to other material investment assets or liabilities. Transfer Agency. DHCM shall record the issuance of shares of the Trust and maintain pursuant to applicable rules of the SEC a record of the total number of shares of the Trust which are authorized, issued and outstanding, based upon data provided to it by the Trust. DHCM shall also provide the Trust on a regular basis or upon reasonable request the total number of shares which are authorized, issued and outstanding, but shall have no obligation when recording the issuance of the Trust's shares, except as otherwise set forth herein, to monitor the issuance of such shares or to take cognizance of any laws relating to the issue or sale of such shares, which functions shall be the sole responsibility of the Trust. DHCM shall not handle physical shares. Upon receipt of a proper request for transfer and upon surrender to DHCM of certificates, if any, in proper form for transfer, DHCM shall approve such transfer and shall take all necessary steps to effectuate the transfer as indicated in the transfer request. Upon approval of the transfer, DHCM shall notify the Trust in writing of each such transaction and shall make appropriate entries on the shareholder records maintained by DHCM. DHCM shall also perform all such transfer agency services and duties as are customary and necessary in the industry, including but not limited to: accounting for and processing checks received for purchase of shares of the various series; processing purchase orders for shares of the various series; processing returned checks; processing dividends and distributions as and when made by the Trust; accounting for unclaimed dividends and unclaimed redemption proceeds; processing redemptions and exchanges; processing automatic withdrawal orders pursuant to the provisions of withdrawal plans duly executed by shareholders; processing wire-order purchases; withholding such sums as are required to be withheld under applicable federal and state income tax laws, rules and regulations; create and maintain all records required by applicable laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to records required by Section 31(a) of the Act and the rules thereunder; maintain records for each shareholder account and receive and answer all shareholder and dealer inquiries relating to account status, share purchases, redemptions and exchanges and other investment plans available to Trust shareholders.
Transfer AgencyPursuant to SECTION 2(b) of the Agreement, Atlantic shall provide the following services, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Appendix:
Transfer Agency. The Fund shall furnish to the Agent, as Transfer Agent, a sufficient supply of blank Share Certificates and from time to time will renew such supply upon the request of the Agent. Such blank Share Certificates shall be signed manually or by facsimile signatures of officers of the Fund authorized by law or the bylaws of the Fund to sign Share Certificates and, if required, shall bear the corporate seal or a facsimile thereof.
Transfer Agency. Any two of the persons authorized by Forum Shareholder Services, LLC listed on Appendix A may deliver instructions with respect to the transfer of cash in connection the purchase and redemption of shares of any Portfolio, and the payments of distributions to shareholders of any Portfolio.
Transfer Agency. The following fees and services apply to the Series, except as noted:
Transfer Agency. Perform the customary services of a transfer agent which include, but are not limited to, the following items: • Keeping record of shares issued and redeemed for each account • Updating shareholder, financial advisor, broker-dealer, or other account related information as received by authorized individual or institution • Complete regulatory and compliance reporting as outlined in Section 9 and 19 of the Agreement • Provide escheatment services, as necessary • Receive and process orders in good form for purchases, redemptions, transfer of shares, and exchanges from authorized investors, broker-dealers and other financial institutions. • Establish automatic investment plans and systematic withdrawals • Document share issuance, redemption, transfer or exchange in appropriate shareholder account • Report share activity daily to Fund and Custodian • Effect Fund settlements with Custodian • Perform NSCC settlement • Process “as-of” transactions in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Funds • Process dividend and capital gain distribution as declared by the FundWithhold taxes on transactions as requested by authorized individual or required by the IRS • Prepare and file with the IRS for applicable shareholder activity • Process year-end shareholder tax reporting • W8 and W9 solicitation
Transfer Agency. A detailed description of each of the above services is contained in Schedules B, C and D, respectively, to this Agreement.
