Common use of Transfer Agent Certificate Clause in Contracts

Transfer Agent Certificate. The Underwriter receiving a certificate from the Transfer Agent as to the number of Common Shares issued and outstanding as at the end of business on the Business Day prior to the Closing Date.

Transfer Agent Certificate. The Underwriter receiving will have received a certificate from the Transfer Agent with respect to its appointment as to transfer agent and registrar of the Common Shares and the number of Common Shares issued and outstanding as at the end of business on the Business Day immediately prior to the Closing Date.
