Common use of Transfer Agent, Conversion Agent, Registrar and Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Transfer Agent, Conversion Agent, Registrar and Paying Agent. The duly appointed Transfer Agent and paying agent for the Series A Preferred Stock shall be Computershare Trust Company, N.A.. The Company may, in its sole discretion, appoint any other Person to serve as Transfer Agent or paying agent for the Series A Preferred Stock and thereafter may remove or replace such other Person at any time. Upon any such appointment or removal, the Company shall send notice thereof to the Holders.
