Transfer Agent e-Delivery Program. The Trust has requested, and ALPS will provide, a Transfer Agent e-Delivery Program (“e-Delivery”) as one of the ICS provided pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Through e-Delivery, Shareholders will have the option to discontinue printed and mailed shareholder statements and shareholder tax forms in favor of electronic ones.
