Common use of Transfer Agent Online Services Clause in Contracts

Transfer Agent Online Services. CFS provides Transfer Agent Online Services (“PAWeb”) as one of the CFS’s client services. Through PAWeb, Fund’s shareholders ‘shareholders can securely access real time account information, including the ability to review account information and initiate transaction requests. If selected by the Fund, the following functions may also be included as part of PAWeb.

Transfer Agent Online Services. CFS provides Transfer Agent Online Services (“PAWebPAPort”) as one of the CFS’s client services. Through PAWebPAPort, Fund’s shareholders ‘shareholders can securely access real time account information, including the ability to review account information and initiate transaction requests. If selected by the Fund, the following functions may also be included as part of PAWebPAPort.

Transfer Agent Online Services. CFS provides Transfer Agent Online Services (“PAWeb”) as one of the CFS’s client services. Through PAWeb, Fund’s shareholders ‘shareholders can securely access real time account information, including may interact with the Fund’s transfer agent via the Internet. This interaction includes the ability to review account information and initiate transaction requests. If selected by the Fund, the following functions may also be included as part of PAWebTA Web.

Transfer Agent Online Services. CFS provides Transfer Agent Online Services a secure Advisor Account Portal (“PAWebPAPort”) as one of the CFS’s client services. Through PAWebPAPort, Fund’s shareholders ‘Fund shareholders can securely access real time account information, including the ability to review account historical information and initiate transaction requestsrequests as defined by the Fund. If selected by the FundTrust, the following functions may also be included as part of PAWebPAPort.
