Transfer Agent System. UMBFS shall retain all right, title and interest in and any and all computer programs, screen formats, report formats, procedures, data bases, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, trade secrets, trademarks and other related legal rights provided, developed or utilized by UMBFS in connection with the Services provided by UMBFS to the Trust hereunder.
Transfer Agent System. 10.1 The Transfer Agent shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by the Transfer Agent in connection with the services provided by the Transfer Agent to the Fund herein (the "Transfer Agent System").
10.2 The Transfer Agent hereby grants to each Fund a limited license to the Transfer Agent System for the sole and limited purpose of having the Transfer Agent provide the services contemplated hereunder and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted otherwise and such license shall immediately terminate upon the termination of this Agreement.

8.2 FDISG hereby grants to the Fund a limited license to the FDISG System for the sole and limited purpose of having FDISG provide the services contemplated hereunder and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted otherwise and such license shall immediately terminate with the termination of this Agreement.

8.2 PFPC hereby grants to the Fund a limited license to the PFPC System for the sole and limited purpose of having PFPC provide the services contemplated hereunder and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted otherwise and such license shall immediately terminate with the termination of this Agreement.
8.3 In the event that the Fund, including any affiliate or agent of the Fund or any third party acting on behalf of the Fund is provided with direct access to the PFPC System for either account inquiry or to transmit transaction information, including but not limited to maintenance, exchanges, purchases and redemptions, such direct access capability shall be limited to direct entry to the PFPC System by means of on-line mainframe terminal entry or PC emulation of such mainframe terminal entry and any other non-conforming method of transmission of information to the PFPC System is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of PFPC.

9.2 Investor Services Group hereby grants to the Administrator and the Fund a limited license to the Investor Services Group System for the sole and limited purpose of having Investor Services Group provide the services contemplated hereunder and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted otherwise and such license shall immediately terminate with the termination of this Agreement.

B. Sunstone hereby grants the Trust a limited license to use the Sunstone System for the sole and limited purpose of having Sunstone provide the Services contemplated hereunder. Nothing contained in this Agreement should be construed or interpreted otherwise, and such license shall immediately terminate upon the termination of this Agreement.

Nothing herein shall be construed as granting to PFPC any ownership rights in property of the Fund or Domini Social Investments, or granting PFPC any rights to create derivative works based on property of the Fund or Domini Social Investments.
8.2 PFPC hereby grants to the Fund a limited license to the PFPC System for the sole and limited purpose of having PFPC provide the services contemplated hereunder and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted otherwise and such license shall immediately terminate with the termination of this Agreement.

Nothing contained in this Agreement should be construed or interpreted otherwise, and such license shall immediately terminate upon the termination of this Agreement.
