Transfer Agent System. 8.1 FDISG shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by FDISG in connection with the services provided by FDISG to the Fund herein (the "FDISG System"). 8.2 FDISG hereby grants to the Fund a limited license to the FDISG System for the sole and limited purpose of having FDISG provide the services contemplated hereunder and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted otherwise and such license shall immediately terminate with the termination of this Agreement.
