Transfer Agreement. An agreement or appendix of an agreement regarding human resource matters between the Crown in Right of Ontario and a Receiving Employer for a Schedule B transfer. Enhanced Severance - A severance package of one (1) week’s salary for every completed year of continuous service. If the entitlement to, or amount of enhanced severance pay is changed during current Central Collective Agreement negotiations, those changes shall be included in this agreement.
