Common use of Transfer Agreement Clause in Contracts

Transfer Agreement. The Transferor will not amend, waive or modify any ------------------ provision of the Transfer Agreement or waive the occurrence of any "Event of Termination" under the Transfer Agreement, without in each case the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.
