TRANSFER AND COSTS OF TRANSFER. 7.1 Transfer shall not be passed to the PURCHASER, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, until such time as the total Purchase Price and all other amounts for which the PURCHASER may be liable in terms hereof have been paid and/or payment thereof has been secured as herein provided.
