TRANSFER AND COSTS. 7.1 Transfer of the Property shall be attended to by the Transferring Attorneys who are authorised by the Parties for such purpose. 7.2 The PURCHASER shall be liable for, and pay on request/demand the following:- 7.2.1 The costs of transfer at the recommended guideline issued by the Law Society of the Northern Provinces; 7.2.2 Transfer Duty in respect of the sale embodied in this Agreement; and 7.2.3 All and any other costs and disbursements payable for purposes of Registration. 7.3 Transfer of the Property hereby sold shall be passed to the PURCHASER by the Transferring Attorneys as soon as is reasonably possible, after payment of the fees and disbursements referred to in Clause 7.2 above. 7.4 The Parties undertake to provide all documentation requested by the Transferring Attorneys to effect Transfer, inter alia such documents as may be required in compliance with FICA, and to sign all documents for purposes of Registration, within 7 (SEVEN) Days after being called upon in writing to do so, and shall complete and sign all necessary documents for the purposes of Registration. 7.5 Transfer shall be effected within a reasonable time after the PURCHASER has complied fully with his obligations in terms of this Agreement.
