Transfer and Severance. Where a designated employee has opted for severance pay in accordance with Clauses 10.9 & 10.10, the Employer shall continue to seek an available vacant continuing or sessional position for the employee in accordance with Clause 10.5.1 until the end date of the employee's notice of position discontinuance period.
