Transfer and Transition Clause Samples

Transfer and Transition upon the earlier of the expiration or termination of this Agreement, transfer to the County all of the Facilities (together with such other rights, systems and works utilized in the provision of the Services, as contemplated under Section 47 of the Municipal Government Act) subject to and in accordance with the provisions of Schedule E-2 (Transfer and Transition Procedures). The foregoing matters shall be more particularly described, depicted, and governed by the provisions of this Agreement identified above, and the provisions of the respective Schedule identified and applicable to the item and obligation noted above.
