Common use of Transfer by Grantee Clause in Contracts

Transfer by Grantee. Grantee shall have the right to transfer this perpetual Conservation Easement to any organization which is eligible to hold a Conservation Easement under the laws of the State of Ohio that agrees to the terms, conditions, restrictions, and purposes of this Conservation Easement, provided that such transfer shall be subject to the prior written consent of Grantee, whose consent will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Grantee shall provide Grantor and USACE 30 days advance notice of such transfer.
