TRANSFER BY LANDLORD. The term "Landlord" means so far as obligations of Landlord are concerned, only the owner of the Building at the time in question and, if any transfer of the title occurs, Landlord herein named (and in the case of any subsequent transfers, the then grantor) is automatically released from and after the date of such transfer of all liability as respects performance of any obligations of Landlord thereafter to be performed.
