Transfer by Member. (i) The Member shall have the right to transfer all or a portion of the Member’s Membership Interest and shall have the power to grant a transferee the right to become a Member. (ii) The Member shall have the right or power to withdraw voluntarily from the Company. (iii) Upon the occurrence of an Involuntary Withdrawal, the legal representative or other successor in interest may, at the election of such legal representative or other successor in interest, become a Member.
