Common use of Transfer by Pledgor Clause in Contracts

Transfer by Pledgor. The Pledgor will not sell, assign, transfer or ------------------- otherwise dispose of, grant any option with respect to, or mortgage, pledge or otherwise encumber the Pledged Securities or any interest therein except to the extent permitted under Section 2(e) hereof.

Transfer by Pledgor. The Pledgor will not sell, assign, transfer or ------------------- otherwise dispose of, grant any option with respect to, or mortgage, pledge or otherwise encumber the Pledged Securities Options or any interest therein except therein; provided that, pursuant to the extent permitted under Section 2(e) hereofterms and conditions of the Note, Pledgor pays any and all unpaid principal and accrued interest owing thereunder with the proceeds from such disposition.
