TRANSFER, DELIVERY AND MORTGAGE BOND. 6.1 Delivery and transfer shall not be passed to the Purchaser, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, until such time as the Purchase Price and all other amounts for which the Purchaser may be liable in terms hereof have been paid, and/or payment thereof has been secured to the satisfaction of the Conveyancers.
