Transfer / different job. 1. The employer may assign the employee to another job at his request. 2. When the interests of the employer demand it, the employee is obliged to accept another job, in the same department and at the same location or otherwise, if it can reasonably be assigned to him in light of his personality, his circumstances and his prospects.
