Transfer Fees, Charges and Taxes. No fee or service charge shall be imposed by the Note Registrar for its services in respect of any registration of transfer or exchange referred to in this Section 2.04. The Note Registrar may require payment by each transferor of a sum sufficient to cover any tax, expense or other governmental charge payable in connection with any such transfer.
